Level 1 (basic cleanup)

Intake & Exhaust duration altered slightly, smooth & polish ports

Works with stock pipes and stock carbs with no sacrifice to low end.

Level 2:

Intake & Exhaust duration increase, port widths altered, transfer ports are smoothed and transfer windows cleaned up.

Performance pipes required, (larger carbs highly recommended).

Level 3:

Port time-area and duration are drasticly increased. Transfer port duration modified, transfers are un-shrouded, hogged out, and polished. (H2 powerband 6000-9500)

Full race pipes and monster carbs mandatory!

Level 4: -

Same as Level 3 except the cylinders are welded and the transfers are re-worked.

Cylinder Head Modifications:

Basic Milling
The head is inspected for cracks, then mating surface is milled .005-.035". This is used to fix warped heads and increase compression. (H1 engines respond nicely to this modification)

Chamber Reshape:
The head is inspected for cracks, welded, milled and the chamber is re-shaped and polished. These modifications improve combustion by confining the explosion and increasing turbulence in the chamber for a more complete burn. H2 21cc heads are shown here:

Heliarc Welding

We can repair damaged engine cases like the ones shown here.

This happens to belong to that whiney biach (Rockysv)from Boston.

The one I supposedly broke! LOL... As you can see, it was not broken while I had it!!    No wonder John Kerry got clobbered by a Texas redneck!

We can repair beat up and damaged cylinder bases caused by prying between the gasket mating surfacess. This base was welded up and re-machined. You'd never know it was touched!

Stripped spark plug holes? No problem, just weld em in and start over!

BIG BORE INTAKE MANIFOLDS

H1 Big Bore Manifolds: Allow you to use very large carburators on you H1.   Pictured below on Captain Dave's Award winning H1.

H2 Mach IV Manifolds - Run as large a carb as you want.   These manifolds are a crude way to run very large carbs withoug milling your   cylinders.

Billet Steel Steering Head Bearing Adapter

Custom made lower bearing adapter from billet steel! Ninja and GSXR front ends can be used  on Kawaaki triples! My "Frankenstein" project is shown here..

  Ninja 600/EX500 Brake adapter plate

Custom made steel brake adapter plates allow Ninja 600 calipers on 500/750 triples.

H2 Cylinder Puller
5/8" thick steel puller plate and 4 Ton ram for removing   stubborn cylinders.

Get Your Timing Right the first time!
Dial indicator & spark plug adapter.

    Piston Pin Remover.

Pull even the most stubborn wristpin with one hand! You'll never have set your beer down again when you change a piston! Ok, almost never...

H1/H2 Offset sprockets

These sprockets allow you to run big fat mag wheels and tires on the rear of your H2 street rod or drag bike. These are heat treated 4130 chrome moly and can be made in almost any offset.    5/8 Inch 15 tooth shown here:

Cylinder Boring

We bore cylinders on a Kwik Way boring bar, and hone with Sunnen hones

Carburettor Boring

We can overbore carburators up to 3mm, including "offset" boring!

Weather you're after the 'stealth look' using stock carbs or you just want more flow from your big bore carbs, we can add up to 3mm or more to your carburettor bores!

Intake Milling H2

Make that H2 really breath! Forget about custom manifolds and do it right!

Shaving down the intake like this makes a BIG difference! By getting the carbs up close to the pistons, intake runner length is reduced and performance increases significantly. Pictured on my dyno mule with 40mm Lectron powerjets. There's even room for filters! Try that with those clumsy "trick" intake manifolds.

Cylinder decking, H2

Get that squish clearance just where it belongs! Most triple engines have too much deck height to get the proper amount of squish clearance. We can face the top of the deck to clean up the dings or mill it down as far as needed. Running spacers under the cylinder to raise the transfer ports necessitates decking the tops of the cylinders

Case Polishing

We can make your aluminum shine like chrome!

H2 REED VALVE CONVERSION

Want really BIG horsepower while maintaining a ton of torque? This is it! Darren Abrams' Reed cages will take you to the next level.

We can do all the necessary machining, including bridged intake sleeves if you so desire (and your budget permits).

H2 REED VALVE FLOW COMPARISON

H2 Reed valve comparison using a Superflow 120 flowbench.

JA - John Aylor's H2 reed (single petal)

D1 - Stock Artic Cat (6 petal)

D2 - VFORCE3 (12 petal) by Moto Tassinari

As you can see from the chart, the VFORCE3 performs 50% over standard 6 pedal reed! Thats a huge difference and equates to a significant increase in torque over a wide RPM range.

The single petal: Well, its not even close. It flowed 80% less than a stock Artic Cat reed. The numbers pretty much speak for themselfs.
